Heritage Buddies is a new project from The Urban Historian and Renfrewshire Heritage to investigate the historic graveyards of Renfrewshire.
The project will establish two volunteer research groups to investigate greavyards and research the stories of those buried in them.
The project will also include two talks on the history of the graveyards of Paisley and wider Renfrewshire that can be delivered over the 2026 and 2027. In addition tours of the graveyards will also be provided on a montly basis.
The project is supported by the Culture, Heritage and Events Fund (CHEF) of Renfrewshire Council for the period 10th October 2025 to December 2027.
