Welcome to our overview of Paisley’s Heritage Graveyards. As the project develops more blog posts relating to the graveyards will be added.

We are currently working on the Abbey Close Graveyard beside Paisley Town Hall. Survey work is complete and we are in the process of transfering paper records to a speadsheet which will be followed by genealogical research and post about what we discover. Once transcriptions are done we plan to return to the Laigh Kirk (Paisley Arts Centre) to complete some survey work and then on to a graveyard in wider Renfrewshire.
