Saturday 26th September 2026 sees the first day of our next graveyard survey. It is at the Erskine Graveyard beside Bishopton Parish Church on Ferry Road. This location is just before you reach Mar Hall hotel.

We recently welcomed new volunteers from Bishopton Parish Church. They will help with the survey and recording work in the graveyard, alongside our regular volunteers. There are around 280 visible monuments within the graveyard, and we will be splitting the site into sections to make recording easier.

If you would like to help with the survey, monument recording, transcribing monuments, or other project aspects, please contact us. New volunteers are always welcome, but we do need to know in advance if you are joining us. Minimum age is 16 without parents being present.
